House Team is a household coordination service. One person runs a household in the app; everyone else receives messages — a morning plan, hand-offs, reminders, and a weekly review — and can reply by text.

By texting START to a House Team number, you agree to receive recurring texts from that household. Message frequency varies, usually up to a few a day. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you'll receive one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact the head of your household.

House Team passes along what the head of a household writes and what people reply. It doesn't make decisions for a household, and it isn't responsible if someone says yes and then forgets. The people are the point; the app is the clipboard.

If you run a household, you promise the people you add actually know you and expect to hear from you. Don't use House Team to message strangers, and never for marketing — that gets a household shut down.

Anyone can stop receiving messages with STOP. A head of household can remove anyone, anytime. Households that misuse the service lose it.
